No Name Collective – NNC Gallery London Project
Updated: December 2025

1. About No Name Collective

No Name Collective (NNC Gallery London Project) is an independent curatorial and cultural project based in Europe, active internationally since 2017.

NNC operates primarily online and provides curatorial, editorial, and consultancy services in the fields of contemporary art and photography.
We work with emerging and mid-career artists through a structured, selective, and long-term process.

NNC is not a marketplace and does not operate as a direct sales platform.

2. Nature of the Services

NNC provides the following services:

  • curatorial evaluation and monitoring

  • editorial projects (magazines, catalogues, texts)

  • professional visibility and promotion within curated contexts

  • consultancy related to artistic positioning and communication

All activities are curatorial and consultative in nature.
NNC does not guarantee representation, publication, sales, or commercial outcomes.

3. The NNC Challenge and Participation Fees

Participation in the NNC Challenge is subject to a one-time registration fee, requested only after an artist has been selected for the second step of the monthly open call.

  • The current fee is 45 euros.

  • The fee covers curatorial evaluation, administrative processing, and inclusion in the Annual Challenge.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

  • Payment of the fee does not guarantee selection, publication, or representation.

No additional fees are required for artists who enter a Collective through the Challenge.

During the year, NNC may offer optional, independent initiatives (such as Artist of the Month, Special Guest, or Photography Magazine submissions).
Any costs related to these initiatives are clearly explained in the specific calls and are not mandatory.

4. Artist Support Fund

NNC maintains an Artist Support Fund for artists from economically disadvantaged countries or in verified financial hardship.

  • Support must be requested before applying.

  • The fund can normally be granted only once per artist, except in rare cases related to ongoing conflicts or humanitarian emergencies, at the discretion of the curatorial team.

  • Availability is limited and evaluated case by case.

5. Publications and Printed Materials

NNC produces magazines, catalogues, and editorial content in both digital and print formats.

  • These publications are paid products distributed through external publishing or distribution platforms.

  • NNC does not handle direct sales, payments, shipping, or customer service for printed products.

  • Any revenue received by NNC derives from editorial or consultancy services provided to third-party platforms.

Artists do not receive free copies of printed publications.
Digital access may be available according to the policies of the distribution platform.

6. Sales and Commercial Activities

NNC Gallery is not a sales platform and does not currently sell artworks, prints, or editions directly.

Any commercial transactions involving artworks, posters, or publications are handled by external platforms or partners, under their own terms and conditions.

NNC does not act as:

  • seller

  • reseller

  • intermediary in financial transactions

Any future sales-related activities, if activated, will be governed by separate written agreements and updated terms.

7. Rights and Use of Materials

Artists retain full ownership and copyright of their artworks at all times.

By submitting materials to NNC, artists grant a non-exclusive permission to use images and texts for:

  • curatorial purposes

  • editorial projects

  • promotional activities

Usage may include websites, social media, digital and print publications, and archives.

Artists may request the removal of their materials at any time by writing to:
📩 info@nonamecollectivegallery.co.uk
Removal will be completed within 20 days.

8. Archiving

Submitted materials may be stored in NNC’s curatorial archive for up to one year for possible future consideration.

Archive inclusion does not imply automatic publication or selection.

9. Professional Conduct

NNC works with a limited number of artists to ensure quality and credibility.

Artists who demonstrate:

  • lack of professionalism

  • non-cooperation

  • or behavior incompatible with NNC guidelines

may be excluded from future stages or projects.

All curatorial decisions are final and non-negotiable.

10. Payments and Legal Nature

All fees paid to NNC are considered art consultancy and curatorial service fees.

No external partner is authorized to request payments on behalf of NNC.

11. Limitation of Liability

NNC does not guarantee artistic success, representation, sales, or visibility outcomes.

Participation is voluntary and based on acceptance of the curatorial process and timelines.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by European Union law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
