The more pertinent question is, do I have the drive to raise my skill level and put that talent to good use? Talent takes you to the start, but technique and perseverance bring success. You have to show up continuously and in every place of art, whether real or virtual, and work on it, even when you don't feel like it. It's that old adage: 90% sweat and 10% inspiration. Do you have a website? Do you have all the social media accounts for art? Do you participate in fairs, exhibitions of other artists, competitions, do you send your book to galleries, and curators?
They are looking for you, but there are millions of artists in the world!
