Born in Istanbul, raised in Germany and graduated from the School of Applied Arts upon her  return to Turkey, she is a professional artist for more than 25 years. She works at her own  studio, holds solo exhibitions, partners with other artists and academics, joins workshops  and tutors at various institutions. Her works have been exhibited and sold in galleries and  auctions throughout the country and abroad. She is mostly known for her surrealistic interpretation of women and wild horses in her  paintings. Elements from the nature depicted with her unique artistic style can be observed  throughout her work
