Olívia da Costa is a Portuguese architect, curator, and cultural project manager whose work moves across visual arts, cultural research, heritage, and multimedia content production. She leads Olívia da Costa Gallery, a Portugal-based gallery project shaped by a contemporary curatorial vision that connects artists, audiences, institutions, and place.
With a degree in Architecture and a postgraduate qualification in Rehabilitation and Restoration, she has further developed her practice through studies in the History of Religious Art, Visual Arts, Curatorship, Museology and Museography, Digital Communication, and Multimedia. Since 2017, she has been curating physical, digital, and virtual exhibitions, while also managing independent artistic and cultural projects that bring together art, heritage, and territory.
Her professional path includes international exhibitions, curatorial collaborations, published writing, and jury participation in international art contexts. She has contributed to publications in Portugal, Belgium, and the United Kingdom, and her work is marked by a multidisciplinary and inclusive approach that seeks to create meaningful bridges between artistic practices and the publics that encounter them.
Olívia brings to the NNC Circle a curatorial perspective grounded in research, dialogue, and cultural sensitivity, with a strong commitment to supporting contemporary art through both critical vision and active international exchange.
