Let’s Talk Art With Brooke
Official Partner of NNC Gallery London
Art for everyone, through stories that matter.
We met Brooke and immediately appreciated the passion she brings to the art world.
Through her podcast Let’s Talk Art With Brooke, she’s been amplifying the voices of artists across the globe — including some from our own NNC network — with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect.
We were struck by her mission: to make art more accessible, more human, and more connected to everyday life. That’s why we invited her to become part of the NNC Gallery family. Together, we are building an international community that values real stories, creative freedom, and inclusive cultural exchange.
Brooke calls herself an Art Barista, serving regular doses of art to fuel your imagination. What began in 2016 as a personal search to understand artists more deeply has now become a recognized podcast series — featured every year on Feedspot’s Top 15 Art History Podcasts.
From interviewing a deaf illustrator to a painter on death row, from Mary Englebreit to art detectives, Brooke shares the stories behind the art — because sometimes, a single story can change how we see everything.
Her Art Minutes on YouTube offer short, thoughtful reflections — a perfect daily break for anyone who loves art but has little time.
We’re proud to have Brooke as a partner.
If you, too, believe in art without borders, join us.
Let’s make art truly accessible — together.

My Story
Hi, I’m Brooke, and I didn’t expect to fall in love with art.
For years, I thought museums were quiet places full of things I couldn’t quite connect to.
I didn’t have an art degree, I wasn’t part of that world… or so I thought.
But then one story changed everything. I started reading about Hugh Lane and the artists and writers around him, wild, brilliant minds like Rodin, Sargent, Yeats. Their lives were messy, passionate, and absolutely fascinating. Suddenly, art felt real.
That’s when I realized: maybe I didn’t need a degree to be part of this conversation.
Maybe I could just… start talking.
In 2016, I launched my podcast as a way to learn, by listening.
It became a way to meet artists, ask questions, laugh, get moved, and most importantly, share those voices with others.
I’ve met artists with powerful stories. Some are well-known. Others are just beginning. All of them are worth hearing.
Joining NNC Gallery feels like a natural step.
It’s a space that presents artists from around the world, fresh, bold, hyper-contemporary voices who are shaping what art means today.
It’s not about gatekeeping.
It’s about sharing.
And that’s exactly what I love.

Book Highlight – Reptiles on Caffeine by Brooke Musterman
Reptiles on Caffeine is a sharp, witty blend of pop psychology, memoir, and observational humor. Set in a coffee shop, the book explores how our "reptile brain" drives everyday behaviors — especially under stress — and how caffeine only adds fuel to the fire.
With her signature voice, Brooke draws playful yet insightful parallels between primal instincts and modern anxieties, offering a refreshing take on emotional self-awareness.
Even though it’s not directly about art, the book mirrors the same qualities that make Brooke’s podcast and videos so compelling: storytelling with purpose, grounded in real life, delivered with warmth and curiosity.
It’s another side of Brooke — one that shows how art, psychology, and humor often come from the same place: the need to understand ourselves and connect with others.
