POLICY – READ BEFORE APPLYING

✅ Images:

• Applications with low-resolution images that cannot be printed on A4 format will be rejected.

• Upload one horizontal image (A4 format) and two vertical OR three horizontal images.

🚫 Do NOT send photographed text files – they will be rejected and the fee will not be refunded.

✅ Links:

• Your links must be complete and start with https://

• Broken links will cause your application to be discarded.

🚫 Don’t boycott your own candidacy!

✅ Copyright & usage

The submitted images will become part of the NNC Gallery V World Archive, which may publish them on its channels, magazine, catalogs, or other media at any time free of charge, without requesting further permission from the artist.

By applying, the author grants consent for the free use of the submitted images and texts by NNC Gallery V World Archive. Copyright remains with the author.

To request the cancellation of your submitted works and texts, write to info@nonamecollectivegallery.co.uk.

💡 Important:

Paid fees are non-refundable.

NNC V World, through its partners, sells services for artists. Fees are considered payment for artistic consultancy services.

Payments are made securely via Stripe and are protected against scams.

For video artists

• Submit three images from your videos with their respective links.

• The three images will be printed in the magazine, linked to a QR code.

• Video links will be included in the online magazine.

⚠️ Applications with broken links will be discarded.
If selected, the images will be printed in the paper magazine with the QR code, and the provided links will be inserted in the online magazine.
