No. NNC Gallery London does not include artists automatically in exchange for payment. Our work is based on curatorial selection, long-term observation and editorial research. Some projects may involve application or administrative fees, but these do not guarantee inclusion, representation, sales or success.

Yes. You always retain full ownership and copyright of your artworks. NNC does not claim ownership of any original work. By submitting your materials, you grant NNC a non-exclusive permission to use images and related texts solely for curatorial, editorial, and promotional purposes, in both digital and print formats. This may include use on our website, online platforms, social media channels, digital and print catalogues, and magazine, in accordance with our curatorial activities. Submitted works may be kept in our curatorial archive for potential future consideration within editorial or curatorial projects. Archive inclusion does not imply automatic publication. You may request the removal of your materials from our archive at any time by contacting us. Once a valid request is received, removal will be completed within 20 days, in line with our internal procedures.

Becoming part of NNC V World Gallery means entering a curated international project developed as a curatorial incubator, not as a marketplace or promotional platform. Artists are selected through a structured process based on research, coherence, and professional development, and may be introduced over time to a network of curators, galleries, collectors, and art advisors. Visibility is built through editorial projects, curated virtual exhibitions, interviews, and publications, according to curatorial relevance and editorial planning. There is no automatic or guaranteed exposure. NNC operates through a selective and transparent curatorial process, with clearly defined costs and conditions outlined in our Policy. Our focus is not short-term promotion, but the long-term construction of artistic credibility and professional positioning within the contemporary art system.

Yes, participation is open to artists worldwide. We are aware that in some countries artistic practice, freedom of expression, or international participation may involve personal or professional risks. If you are based in a context where participation could compromise your safety, we ask you to inform us in advance. In such cases, specific protective measures may be adopted, including: the use of a nickname or pseudonym avoiding public tagging or direct name association on our platforms managing communication through secure and protected channels These measures are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with the aim of enabling participation while respecting personal safety and local conditions. NNC works responsibly and discreetly with artists operating in sensitive or restricted contexts, in accordance with our curatorial and ethical standards.

NNC is not a sales platform and does not sell artworks automatically on behalf of artists. However, sales may occur within selected curatorial projects, such as exhibitions, editions, or special initiatives. In these cases, NNC may facilitate the sale of selected artworks through its professional network of curators, art advisors, and collaborators, only when this is coherent with the project and agreed in advance with the artist. Whenever a sales process is initiated, the artist is informed in advance of all relevant conditions, including costs, revenues, commissions, and percentages, before any agreement is activated. All sales-related activities are managed exclusively through formal written agreements, proper invoicing, and in full compliance with applicable fiscal and legal regulations. If legal, fiscal, or administrative conditions do not allow a compliant process, no sales activity is carried out. Participation in the Annual Collective or success in the Challenge does not imply automatic sales or representation. All commercial aspects are handled case by case, in accordance with our Policy and subject to the artist’s explicit approval.

For the Challenge, there is one single fee, requested only if you are selected for the second step. This fee covers curatorial evaluation and administrative processing. Artists selected through the Annual Challenge are not required to pay additional fees to remain within the project or to continue the curatorial path, in accordance with our Policy. For the photography magazine, a participation fee may apply. This fee can vary over the months, and in some periods participation is completely free, depending on the editorial project. For other initiatives, any participation costs (if applicable) are always clearly stated in the specific calls for participation, with full transparency. NNC also maintains an Artist Support Fund for artists from economically disadvantaged countries or facing verified financial hardship, in order to promote equal access. The Support Fund is limited and assigned according to eligibility criteria and curatorial evaluation, as outlined in our Policy.

Yes, provided that you retain the right to reproduce and share the work for curatorial, editorial, and promotional purposes. Artists are fully responsible for ensuring that they hold the necessary rights to submit any artwork. NNC cannot be held liable for copyright, reproduction, or ownership disputes arising from submitted materials. If you are uncertain about the rights associated with a work, we strongly recommend verifying the terms with the collector, institution, or gallery prior to submission, in order to avoid potential issues.
